Quadrula infucata is a species of freshwater mussel, an aquatic bivalve mollusk in the family Unionidae, the river mussels. It was formerly included in the now-obsolete genus Quincuncina, and in Fusconaia based on shell morphology. Recent genetic analysis suggests this species is best placed in Quadrula.
This species is endemic to the United States.
