The Queen's Tower (Tamil: இராணியின் கோபுரம்), also known as Quindah Tower;[2] Tamil: குயிண்டாக் கோபுரம்)[3] is a tower built by Dutch during their rule in Sri Lanka. It is located in southeastern coast of Neduntheevu.

It was used as a navigation point (also says as lighthouse) by the Dutch and British. Fire was set at the bottom, which creates a vacuum forcing air upwards and its light was passed through tower's chimney-like tube to the top where sailors able to see light from distance. Another tower known as the "King's Tower" operated during British period on the island. Unfortunately, King's Tower was destroyed, excepts basement.[4]
