Qarah Suy (Persian: قره سوي, also Romanized as Qarah Sūy; also known as Qarah Sū and Qareh Sū)[1] is a village in Chelevand Rural District, Lavandevil District, Astara County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,524, in 351 families.[2]
