Poets Corner Group is a poetry group in India.[1][2][3] The group's main purpose is to make it easier for new and aspiring poets to be published. Since its advent, Poets Corner has published over 340 poets in 21 anthologies in both English and Hindi language.[4]
The Poets Corner Group also hosts online competitions, poetry reading events, panel discussion, book launches, workshops, and other activities.[2][5]
History
Poets Corner was co-founded by Yaseen Anwer[6] and Dolly Singh.[7]
Delhi Poetry Festival
Delhi Poetry Festival is an annual poetry event organized by Poets Corner in Delhi since 2013.[8][9][10]
Published work
The Poets Corner Group has published several poetry anthologies featuring young poets along with established poets including A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Gulzar, Ruskin Bond, Nida Fazli, Vikram Seth, Irshad Kamil, Shashi Tharoor, Ravish Kumar, Deepti Naval, Shekhar Kapur, and Rahat Indori.[11][12][13]

Dolly Singh is the co-founder and deputy managing editor of Poets Corner Group and founding member of Delhi Poetry Festival. Dolly is also the founder and managing editor of NewLeaf Poets Club, the junior wing of Poets Corner that works towards grooming young poets from 8 to 15 years.
