Plavni (Ukrainian: Плавні; until 1948: Barta) is a selo in the Reniyskyi raion in the southern Ukrainian oblast of Odessa. It is situated on the western bank of Ozero Yalpug at 45°22′N 28°34′E / 45.367°N 28.567°E.
