Piotr Chrapkowski (born 24 March 1988) is a Polish handball player, a member of Poland national handball team and Polish club Vive Targi Kielce, bronze medalist of the World Championship 2015.
Personal life
Chrapkowski was born in Kartuzy, but grew up in Goręczyno. In December 2012 married to Dagmara. They are expecting their first daughter.
Career
Clubs
In May 2013 moved to Vive Targi Kielce.[1] With team from Kielce achieved his second title of Polish Champion. On May 25, 2014 Vive Targi Kielce, including Chrapkowski, beat Orlen Wisła Płock in fourth match 34:25.[2]
National team
He debuted in national team on June 5, 2010 in friendly match against Lithuania (31:31). On January 24, 2014 Polish national team, including Chrapkowski, took 6th place of the European Championship. On February 1, 2015 Poland, including Chrapkowski, won bronze medal of the World Championship 2015. They won bronze medal match (29:28) against Spain.[3][4] He dedicated his bronze medal to his wife and unborn daughter.[5]
