Patania quadrimaculalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Kollar and Redtenbacher in 1844. It is found in Japan,[1][2] Taiwan, Bhutan, Borneo, India, Nepal, China,[3] Korea and the Russian Far East (Amur, the Kuriles).[4] It is also present in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Equateur).[5]

The wingspan is 30–36 mm. Adults have been recorded on wing in March.[6]
