P.W.K. Harlley

P.W.K. Harlley is a former Ghanaian police office and was the Inspector General of Police of the Ghana Police Service for two separate terms. His first term was from 1 January 1965 to 24 February 966. His second term was from 25 February 1966 to 23 September 1969.
