Oscar by the Sea

Oscar by the Sea (Chinese: 清水灣半島) is a private housing estate in Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. Formerly the site of a factory owned by Hong Kong Oxygen Company (香港氧氣), it was jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and the Hong Kong Oxygen Company in 2002.^[1]

It is the only private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O that is not built on reclaimed land. There is a special movie theme, from the garden and the podium to the clubhouse, and a beautiful green area that is three times the size of Victoria Park.
