Oscar W. Rackle (November 28, 1882 December 1970) was an American basketball player and coach. He played basketball at Brown University and also served as the head basketball coach there during the 1905-1906 season. He was the head coach for the Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball team in the 1910-1911 season, compiling a record of 115.
