Omegaphora is a genus of pufferfishes native to the coastal waters of Australia.

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Omegophora armilla (Waite & McCulloch, 1915) (Ringed toadfish)
- Omegophora cyanopunctata Hardy & Hutchins, 1981
