Nguyễn Thị Thành (born 20 November 1986) is a Vietnamese women's international footballer and futsal player who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Vietnam women's national football team and Vietnam women's national futsal team. She was part of the football team at the 2014 Asian Games. With the national futsal team she competed at the 2009 Asian Indoor Games and scored against Malaysia and at the 2013 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games where she also scored in the match against Malaysia.[1] On club level she played for TC&SC Hà Nội and in futsal with Thai Son Nam Futsal Club and competed and scored 2 goals during the 2016 AFF Futsal Club Championship.
