Newfoundland and Labrador Route 40 is a highway extending through the town of Portugal Cove-St. Philips in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. From west to east, it is called Tucker's Hill Road, Beachy Cove Road and Portugal Cove Road. The highways starts in St. John's at Route 50, Thorburn Road and ends back in St. John's near the airport.
