New Towns Act 1981
The New Towns Act 1981 is an Act of Parliament of the United Kingdom which allows New towns in the United Kingdom to be designated and built under the direction of central government.
The legislation has not been used in any significant way, in contrast to its predecessors, the New Towns Act 1946 and New Towns Act 1965.
