Nelson Somerville Rulison
The Right Reverend Nelson Somerville Rulison (April 24, 1842 Carthage, New York – September 1, 1897 Mannheim[1]) was second bishop of Central Pennsylvania. He was consecrated on October 28, 1884 in St Paul's Church, Cleveland, Ohio by
