Nekketsu Saikyō Go-Saurer (熱血最強ゴウザウラー Nekketsu Saikyō Gōzaurā, also called "Hot-Blooded Strongest Go-Saurer", "Matchless Passion Gozaurer" or "Gozaurer") is a 51-episode animated television series, and third series in the Eldran franchise funded by Tomy and produced by Sunrise. It aired in Japan from March 3, 1993 to February 23, 1994. The story revolves around a group of elementary school children who are given command of a mecha named Go-Saurer and their efforts to defend the Earth from the Kikaika Empire (Named the "Machine Empire" in the Filipino dubbed version).
The plot
It has been another one year after the Three Great Demons got defeated by Great Ganbaruger. Soon before the Dankettsu Team is nearly formed to perfection and there were Daiteioh and Dairyuuoh, the Kikaika (literally mechanization) Empire invades the solar system in space, and in a matter of moments they take over and convert Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars, and set their sights on Earth. However, one thing stands in their way. Earth's ancient protector and soldier of light, Eldoran. To fight this menace he gives a 6th-grade class of Harukaze Elementary School three huge robotic dinosaurs, including of Magna Tyranno and Grantops, with the power to merge and form the giant robot Gosaurer including Hot blooded evolutions of Magnasaurer and Gransaurer, which they then can pilot and use to stop the Kikaika Empire's advances.

A nerd and teacher's pet, who likes to read, though his own family disapproved. He is the son of an elite family in Harukaze. Personally, he has a crush on the Class 6-3's homeroom teacher, Yayoi Yuri. It is also not long before he becomes pilot of Grantops.
- Goro Ishida (石田 五郎 Ishida Gorou)

- Takako Kojima (小島 尊子 Kojima Takako)
- Voiced by: Ikue Otani
The "mad scientist" of the Saurers. Not only did she help develop Boueigar (Gransaurer) but she also writes the program for King Gosaurer. Strangely enough, the code looks like Basic, so that may have helped. She also was the one who first worked out the functions of Gosaurer.
- Shuzo Osada (長田 秀三 Osada Shuuzou)

Very good with mechanical things. He helped with the design and construction of Boueigar. He seems to possibly be more than a friend with Kyouju. His father seems to have some type of job involving cars.

The first of the female trio. She is more of a crybaby than Kumiko and Harue. Possibly has some sort of relationship between her and Kinta.
- Kumiko Tanabe (田辺 久美子 Tanabe Kumiko)
- Voiced by: Urara Takano
The second of the female trio. She was once stalked by Hiromi as a subject for art, but when he gets hurt she gets around her feelings to treat him, and in fact seems to possibly care about him after that. The nurse, as such, among the kids.
- Harue Yamamoto (山本 春枝 Yamamoto Harue)
- Voiced by: Megumi Hayashibara
The third member of the female trio, her timidity seems to be expressed in her introvertedness. She is the tallest one in the class, and while Bon seemed to have a crush on her, in the end it appeared to have amounted to nothing, leaving her as the only one of the three likely not to have a potential boyfriend.

- Ikuyo Oyama (大山 育代 Ooyama Ikuyo)
- Voiced by: Noriko Uemura
A heavyset girl. She takes care of the class's pet, an iguana, and is kind to animals in general. She even rescued a stray cat who got caught inside Gosaurer when a battle began.
The Robots
Unlike the previous Eldran series' unit, both the Gosaurer and Magnasaurer are transformed by the school itself, rather than launched under the base of school/street, which means the facilities in school are usable, but also means that the armour are extremely weak.
Gosaurer
(While not engaging in battle, it was the central part of the school, including classroom which the Saurers belongs to)
Saurer Jet (ザウラージェット Zauraa Jetto)
It is piloted by Ishita Gorou. This form is the form Gosaurer takes when first launched. It is good for transportation but not much else, as the only weapons usable in this form are the Thunder Cannons, Jet Vulcan, and the Saurer Jet itself. Once it has reached its destination, it splits into its three components with the command "Saurer Formation."
