Nancy Ann Cynthia Francis

Nancy Ann Cynthia Francis is a member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. She is a non-elected, nominated member who represents the Anglo-Indian community.[1] She is a medical doctor by profession and works at the Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre, Madurai.[2]
