The Nagaland Police is the law enforcement agency for the state of Nagaland in India.
Organisational structure
Nagaland Police comes under direct control of Department of Home Affairs, Government of Nagaland. The Nagaland Police is headed by a Director General of Police (DGP),[1] the present incumbent being Shri L.L. Doungel, IPS. He belongs to the 1987 batch, and serving in Nagaland (His home state) on inter-cadre deputation.
