Mukhosh Manush (Bengali: মুখোশ মানুষ); is a Bengali television Soap Opera that aired on Star Jalsha from November 8, 2010 to March 19, 2011. It was produced by Surinder Films and stars Tota Roy Chowdhury and Priyanka Paul in lead roles and Rishii Kaushik, Monami Ghosh, Sumantra Mukherjee, Shantilal Mukherjee and B D Mukherjee in pivotal roles.
Plot summary
The story revolves around four central characters—a doctor, a police officer, a journalist and a terminally ill patient. Dr Sayak Sen is a top of the line neuro -surgeon who finally manages to find his love in Shoi, a terminally ill patient . The story unfolds on how on an uneventful day, his idyllic existence is shattered when he discovers that he has shades of two completely different people dwelling within him. However life has something else planned for him as he stumbles upon a shocking and almost unbelievable truth. He finds himself at a cross road of choices, will he proceed with his life as usual? Does this mean that he has a different fate in store for him? How should he deal with the situation? Will he be able to fight out the situation, while his best friend ACP Rishi Chatterjee vies for his blood?
