Maulana Mufti Abul Qasim Nomani is the current Mohtamim (Vice-Chancellor) of Darul Uloom Deoband, India. He was elected as Mohtamim on 23 July 2011. He succeeded the post by Maulana Ghulam Muhammad Vastanvi.
Mufti Abul Qasim Nomani was born in Varanasi (Banaras) UP on 14 January 1947. He graduated from Darul Uloom Deoband in 1967. He was appointed as Member of Majlis Shura (Governing Body) of Darul Uloom in 1992.
