Mount Carmel Hospital was a private hospital in Churchtown, Dublin, Ireland offering healthcare to privately insured patients. Founded in 1949, it is part of the Mount Carmel Medical Group, which includes Aut Even Hospital in Kilkenny and St. Joseph's Hospital, Sligo.[1]

Specialities provided include dermatology, dental surgery, otolaryngology (ENT), general surgery, urology, obstetrics and gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, pathology, plastic surgery, physiotherapy, and radiology.[2]
In 2002, the hospital received Joint Commission International accreditation.[3]
Closure
In January 2014, it was announced that the financial support from NAMA propping up the hospital operations was being withdrawn and a request was made to the High Court to appoint a liquidator.[4] The closure was discussed by the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Health and Children on 18 February 2014.[5]
