Missouri Legislative Black Caucus
The Missouri Legislative Black Caucus is an organization representing all African American members of the Missouri Senate and Missouri House of Representatives. The current Chairman is Representative Brandon Ellington of Kansas City, MO. The Executive Director is Cheryl Dozier.
