Mikael Bertil Dyrestam (born 10 December 1991) is a Swedish footballer of Guinean descent who plays as a centre back for NEC in the Dutch Eredivisie.[1] He formerly played for IFK Göteborg and Aalesunds FK.

Club Career

He was at IFK six years and so the Swedish club is owed a development fee believed to be in the region of £300,000, which was thought to be the stumbling block in a proposed move to Bolton Wanderers, though he is thought to be close to signing for their Championship rivals Derby County.[2] Instead, Dyrestam moved to Norwegian side Aalesunds FK on a free transfer.[3]

After a lengthy injury spell Dyrestam made his official debut for Aalesunds FK in a 3-0 win against Sandnes Ulf, 12 June 2014.
