Metisella formosus, the beautiful sylph, is a butterfly in the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Malawi, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda and Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of forest edges.
