Menna Frances Rawlings CMG (born 16 September 1967) is the British High Commissioner to Australia.[1] Rawlings joined the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1989 after completing a BSc in International Relations at the London School of Economics. She has previously served in Brussels, Nairobi, Tel Aviv, Accra, Washington D.C. and in London. In London, she has served as Private Secretary to the Permanent Under Secretary. Between 2005 and 2008, Rawlings was Deputy High Commissioner to Ghana.[1]
