Medinet Habu
Medinet Habu (Arabic: مدينة هابو, "City of Habu") is an important Egyptian archaeological and tourist locality on the West Bank of the modern city of Luxor.
Somewhat ambiguously, the toponym Medinet Habu can refer to either:
- Medinet Habu as a generalised location (infrequently, but accurately)
- Medinet Habu as a particular temple – the Mortuary Temple of Ramesses III – within the same location (almost exclusively)
