Dame Florence Mary Fagan DCVO JP (11 September 1939) was the Chancellor of the University of Winchester, and until her retirement on 11 September 2014, was the Lord Lieutenant of Hampshire.[1]

Born at Gonalston Hall, Nottinghamshire in 1939, Dame Mary Fagan is married to Captain Christopher Fagan.
