The Brazilian snapper, Lutjanus alexandrei, is a species of snapper native to the tropical waters of the Atlantic off the coast of Brazil.[1] It can be found from very shallow waters to about 54 m (177 ft) deep. This species can reach a length of 24.3 cm (9.6 in).[2]
