During the playoffs, the knights got a first round bye, and therefore only had to win 2 games to secure the city championships. After defeating St.Benedicts Bears 51-7, the knights faced the toughest challenge in the season in the Lively Hawks. In a closely contested contest, the knights gained victory through a 53 yard rush for a touchdown in the closing seconds of the game by Matthew Bell. The final score was 42-33. The knights were at this point ranked 50th in the Canadian Football Chat Top 50 high school teams, before losing to the Superior Heights Steelhawks during the NOSSA Championship.
