Between 1907 and 2007 there have been over 132,200 alumni of the University of Saskatchewan. The alumni feature those who have successfully graduated from a degree, certificate and/or diploma program at the University of Saskatchewan.[2]

- Franklin Martin Loew, DVM, PhD in nutrition one of the team that developed canola oil. Recipient of the Queen's Jubilee Medal.
- John R. Pfeifer, M.D., became professor of surgery and founding director of the new division of venous disease at the University of Michigan.[29]
