List of Thor and Delta launches (1970–79)
Main article: List of Thor and Delta launches
From 1969 until the end of 1978, Thor-Delta was NASA's most popular launcher, with 84 launch attempts.[1] NASA used it to launch its own satellites, and also to launch satellites for other government agencies and foreign governments. Out of the 84 attempts there were seven failures or partial failures.[2]
Here is an incomplete list of Thor and Delta launches in the 1970s.
