A listing of the lieutenant governors of the State of Delaware. The Office of Lieutenant Governor was created by the Delaware Constitution of 1897, and the first election took place in 1900.

Buckson (1957–1960, born 1920). The most recent death of a former U.S. lieutenant governor of Delaware was that of Eugene Bookhammer (served 1969-1977, born 1918), who died on February 23, 2013. The most recently serving lieutenant governor to die was James D. McGinnis (served 1977-1981, born 1932) on February 24, 2009.
