The sapphire-bellied hummingbird (Lepidopyga lilliae) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family.
Description
It has bright plumage, with blue undersides and green uppersides and black wings. The forked tail is blue-black. It is found only in Colombia. The species is endemic to the Atlantic coasts. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical mangrove forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
