Leandro Montagud Balaguer (born 28 February 1989 in Alzira, Valencia), known simply as Leandro, is a Spanish footballer who plays for Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa as a goalkeeper.

Club career

A product of Elche CF's youth categories, Leandro was promoted to the main squad for 2009–10 in the second division, acting as third-choice behind Willy Caballero and Jaime as well as still appearing for the reserves. He made his first-team debut on 20 March 2010 in a 2–1 home win against Albacete Balompié as the former was sent off,[1] one of only two appearances during the season.

In the following season Leandro played for Torrellano Illice CF, at that time Elche's feeder club. He appeared for the main squad late into the campaign, featuring in a 3–3 draw at Granada CF.[2]

On 30 July 2012 Leandro signed with SD Ponferradina in the second level, in a season-long loan.[3] Roughly one year later he agreed terms with Levante UD B, after the expiry of his contract with Elche.[4]

On 10 July 2014 Leandro moved to Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa, also in the third level.[5]
