Leandro Karnal (born 1 February 1963, São Leopoldo, Brazil) is a Brazilian philosopher, historian, and university professor of the Universidade Estadual de Campinas.[1] Karnal has publications on the subject of History, focusing on the History of America and the History of Religion. He became famous in Brazil for his work on popularizing philosophy for the masses and is constantly invited to give lectures around the country.[2]
