Komane (Syriac:ܟܘܡܢܐ) is an Assyrian village in the Sapna valley in the Amedi District of Dohuk province in Iraqi Kurdistan. The village is directly east of the Districts capital of Amedi. The town has two churches, a school, and a hundred or so houses.[1]
