Kharaqan-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان خرقان شرقي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Abgarm District, Avaj County, Qazvin Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,478, in 1,457 families.[1] The rural district has 26 villages.
