Kevin B. Hornberger ( Born June 26. 1981), is an American politician from the Republican party who is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates.[1]

Background

Hornberger was born on June 26, 1981 in North East, Maryland. He attended Rising Sun High School in 1999. He attained his Associates Degree from Cecil College from 2000 to 2003. He then attended the University of Maryland from 2003 to 2004, while functioning as a founding father of the Chi Pi Fraternity. He then went on to graduate with honors from The University of the District of Columbia (2007-10) with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Hornberger is the Facility Manager for The Library of Congress and founding member of The Library of Congress's Green Team. He is a member of AFL-CIO AFSCME guild local 2910.

In the legislature

Hornberger was sworn in as a member of the House of Delegates on January 14, 2015, and appointed to the Ways and Means committee. He is the chair of the Cecil County Delegation and a member of the House Republican Caucus. He represents District 35A and is a member of the Eastern Shore Delegation,[1]
