Kalinowski's chat-tyrant or Peruvian chat-tyrant (Ochthoeca frontalis spodionota) is a subspecies of bird in the tyrant flycatcher family. It is found in Bolivia and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.

This bird is often considered to be the subspecies spodionota and boliviana of the crowned chat-tyrant, Ochthoeca frontalis.
