K. L. Chishi

K.L. Chishi was the founder chief of the Nationalist Democratic Movement, a political party in the Indian state of Nagaland. He served Nagaland as the leader of the house in 1990 for 1 month after which he resigned from office. Presently he is the leader of Indian National Congress.
