Joseph H. Rodriguez (born 1930) is a United States federal judge.
Born in Camden, New Jersey, Rodriguez received an A.B. from La Salle University in 1955 and an LL.B. from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden in 1958. He was in private practice in Camden, New Jersey from 1959 to 1982. He was a Chairman, New Jersey State Board of Higher Education from 1971 to 1973, and of the State Commission of Investigation from 1974 to 1979. He was a public advocate/public defender, for the State of New Jersey from 1982 to 1985.
On February 28, 1985, Rodriguez was nominated by President Ronald Reagan to a new seat on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey created by 98 Stat. 333. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on May 3, 1985, and received his commission on May 10, 1985. He assumed senior status on May 22, 1998.
