Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall

Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall is a 6,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Norfolk, Virginia. It was built in 1982 and is home to the Norfolk State University Spartans basketball team. It hosted the 1997 MEAC Men's Basketball Tournament.
