John Cather

The Very Reverend John Cather (1814 - 1888) was an Irish Anglican priest.^[1]

Cather was born in Tyrone, educated at Trinity College, Dublin.^[2] He was Rector of Crossboyne^[3] then Westport.^[4] Cather held the office of Archdeacon of Tuam from 1855^[5] until his death on 15 May 1888.
