James "Jimmy" McGowan was a Scottish footballer who played as a right back.
Career
McGowan played club football for Maryhill and Partick Thistle, and made one appearance for Scotland in 1946.[1] He made a total of 543 appearances for Partick Thistle,[2] including 243 in the Scottish Football League.[3]
