Jim Gallagher (civil servant)

James (Jim) D. Gallagher CB FRSE[1] is a Scottish civil servant.[2] He was Director General of devolution for the United Kingdom's Ministry of Justice from 2007 until 2010,[3][4] and served as Secretary to the Commission on Scottish Devolution.[5][2] He joined Better Together in January 2014 as a strategy advisor.[2][1]
