National Route 474 is a national highway of Japan connecting between Iida, Nagano and Kita-ku, Hamamatsu in Japan, with total length has 8.3 kilometres (5.2 mi).
A major part of the road is known as the San En Nanshin Expressway (三遠南信自動車道 Nōetsu Jidōshadō), a toll road connecting Iida, Nagano and Shinshiro, Aichi managed by Central Nippon Expressway Company.
