Jacques Sémelin
Jacques Sémelin (born 1951, Le Plessis-Robinson, France) is a French historian, psychologist and political scientist. He is a director of research in the CNRS, affiliated to the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris.[1] He is the founder of the Online Encyclopedia of Mass Violence.[2][3]
