Johnny Doeseb (born 1975) is a Namibian businessperson and owner of Eleven Arrows F.C. in Walvis Bay. Doeseb was born and raised in Omaruru in Erongo Region and attended school in Arandis, from where he graduated from in 1996. He later attended management school in Tennessee.[1] Following graduation, he began working for at the Rössing Uranium Mine, where he worked his way up to senior loss control advisor. In 2002, he resigned from Rössing in order to start his own business. Since starting in the construction business, he has expanded to other areas. In 2008, although he was a fan of Black Africa football club, he bought Eleven Arrows F.C of the Namibia Premier League because his business ventures are based in the coastal region and wanted to reinvest there. Following the acquisition, he invested thousands of Namibian dollars into the club, including a player's village in the Kuisbemond area of Walvis Bay.[2]
