Iskandar Dzhalilov (Tajik: Искандар Ҷалилов, Persian: اسکندر جلیلف; born 1 June 1992 in Dushanbe) is a Tajikistani footballer who currently plays for Bulgarian First League side Dunav Ruse as a defender. He also holds Russian citizenship.
Career
In September 2013, Dzhalilov moved on loan from FC Rubin Kazan to FC Istiklol,[1] returning to Rubin in January 2014 after his loan deal with expired.[2]
He made his Russian National Football League debut for FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod on 6 July 2014 in a game against FC Sibir Novosibirsk.[3] Dzhalilov relocated to Bulgaria in July 2016, signing a contract with newly promoted Bulgarian First League football club Dunav Ruse.[4]
