Immaculate Conception Church was a historic church on Water Street in Hawesville, Kentucky.

It was built in 1860 and added to the National Register in 1975. River Valley Behavioral Healthnow occupies the site of the former Immaculate Conception Church, which has been destroyed, but it has not been removed from the Register.
